IMPORTANT NOTICE
Money credited to the student account can only be used to pay music program fees and expenses as outlined in the “Student Account Guidelines”. Monies are NOT REFUNDABLE, except for funds deposited through the Escrow Account Method, under any circumstances including if the student discontinues participation in the program and/or transfers out of the district. Unused credit is only transferable to another sibling in the Sycamore Instrumental Music program. Any brake in continuous membership will cause the funds to be forfeited or transferred as outlined above.
1) KROGER CARD

Kroger is the easiest and quickest program to start and use. Everyone needs groceries, so why not let a percentage of our grocery bill benefit your kids or the Sycamore Band and Orchestra Boosters?
Buy a Kroger Neighborhood Reward Card for $1.00 from Donna or Glenn Boutilier (parents in charge of the program for SBOB). You get that $1.00 back in merchandise the first time you use your card. Purchase two or more cards if more than one person shops in your household.
Take THIS card to Kroger and load it with any amount (cash, check, credit or debt card). Reload this card as needed. When you use THIS Kroger Neighborhood Rewards Card your Student Account will earn 4% of each purchase – groceries or fuel! Deposits to individual accounts are made monthly.

The SCRIP program is another great opportunity SBOB offers to help parents pay for music program expenses. This program is made available to you through special discounts offered by participating merchants to non-profit organizations such as ours. Join the many families who participate in SCRIP by purchasing gift certificates/cards to your favorite store or restaurant.
HOW DOES SCRIP WORK? Great Lakes Scrip offers gift cards that can be used at hundreds of stores, restaurants, gas stations and hotels nationwide. Each card is sold at a discount ranging from 1.5-40%; you pay the face value of the gift card, and the amount of the discount is credited to your child’s Student Account.
Before placing an order, go to http://www.shopwithscrip.com to check out the gift cards available (Retailer List) and monthly specials (What’s New). Merchants and face values change frequently so check each month! No order is too large or too small, and Scrip cards make great gifts!

3) FLOWER SALE

The Sycamore Band & Orchestra Boosters (SBOB) is excited to announce their Flower Sale. The sale has grown every year. Participates raved about how GREAT the plants were. Since many of us already purchase plants and flowers for our home each year, you can now buy these each year from SBOB and pick them up in 1 central and convenient location. You will receive high quality plants raised by one of SW Ohio’s leading growers, Fred C Koch Greenhouses, at prices comparable to leading home building supply stores. These plants are the caliber usually sold to area landscapers and municipalities who demand high quality goods.
Place a student’s name in the Order Comments on the checkout page and 20% of the order will be placed in their student account. Tell your friends, neighbors, relatives have them list your son or daughters name are receive 20% of their order. Purchase these plants and start saving for future band/orchestra expenses.
4) ESCROW ACCOUNT

Sycamore Band and Orchestra Boosters (SBOB) also offers parents, relatives and friends the option of depositing funds directly into a student account. PLEASE NOTE: Monies deposited through the Escrow Program can be refunded if the child leaves the program for any reason. This is the only Student Account Fund Raiser that permits this. Money can be deposited occasionally or on a regular basis in any amount. Deposits can be made through the website or by sending in cash or checks.
