For Vendors Attending Our Spring 2021 Show


We are pleased that you are a part of our Spring 2021 show on May 15. Here are some reminders to help all of us have a great day.


For Your Booth, Please Bring the Following

10x10 pop-up tent and weights for each booth space that you purchased

  • Chair(s)

  • Tables if needed 

  • Hand sanitizer pump for customers to use at your booth

  • Sanitizing wipes

  • Personal face mask(s)

Electricity will not be available.




If you have overpaid, we will provide you with a refund in an envelope at check-in. 



Thank you for agreeing to donate an item to our raffle!! Your donation is a key element in SBOB’s fundraising efforts. Please give your raffle donation to the check-in volunteer on Saturday morning.


Check-In/Check-Out Procedures

Vendors are asked to arrive at their assigned time, either 7:30 to 9:00 or 9:00 to 10:30 for the most efficient unloading and setup process. See the Vendor Information Packet via email. 


Large signs will direct Vendors to enter the Sycamore High School Campus from the west entrance on Cornell Road (See map below). This entrance is near the bridge over I-71. Vendors are asked to line up in the south lane of the school driveway. 













All Vendors will FIRST check in to receive their Vendor packet and parking pass.

Then the Volunteer will let the Vendor proceed to their assigned parking lot.
